You may return the product at the time of delivery while the courier is present, bearing only the shipping cost.

You may also request a return by visiting our branch within 7 days from the date of receiving your order, subject to the following conditions:

• The product must be completely unused.

• The product must be in its original condition, exactly as received, with no damage or alterations.

• The product must be returned in its original packaging.

• Returns are accepted through the branch only.

Once the product has been inspected and approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

Second: Exchange Policy

You may request an exchange by visiting our branch within 7 days from the date of receiving your order, subject to the following conditions:

• The product must be in its original condition and unused.

• The product must be in its original packaging.

• Exchanges are processed through the branch only.

• If there is a price difference between the exchanged items, the customer is required to pay the difference.
