At Jewara Silver, we stand behind the quality of our products.
All Jewara Silver products come with a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
The warranty includes polishing and repair services, provided that the issue is not caused by misuse, improper handling, accidental damage, or exposure to chemicals.
To use the warranty service, the customer must visit our company location or workshop in person. Shipping items for polishing or repair is not available.
The warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse
- Breakage due to accidents
- Scratches from daily use
- Damage caused by perfumes, chemicals, water, or improper storage
- Any modifications or repairs made outside Jewara Silver
Jewara Silver reserves the right to inspect the item and determine whether the issue is covered under warranty.
